With the NBA Draft around the corner, the league, media, and fans will start seeing the Washington Wizards roster philosophy, especially since they have their head coaching position filled.

With the second overall pick, the Wizards have a prime opportunity to bolster their roster. It's not out of the question that they might opt for a player with international experience. If Alex Sarr falls into their lap, the Wizards could find it hard to resist the allure of the French big man. However, if Sarr is off the board, Zaccharie Risacher could be a viable alternative.

The only US-born player that makes sense would be Donovan Clinger.
